Our beautiful 240-acre property in Newtown Square is the perfect setting for events and special occasions for groups of all sizes. Our professional party planning team will help you realize your dream of the perfect birthday party, family picnic, wedding or even a full scale carnival event complete with rides, games and food concessions.

The Garrett-Williamson Lodge is the focal point of the property. The lodge was built in 1920 and to this day maintains all of its original warmth and charm. The Lodge features a beautiful foyer which flows into a large events room . Your guests will make their way from the event room onto our beautiful full-length covered porch with a stunning view of the surrounding vista.

Our 60’ by 40’ pavilion has been the staging point for numerous church outings and family picnics. The pavilion is fully handicapped accessible and is conveniently centrally located to the playing fields, parking lot, restroom facilities and swimming pool.  Three tennis courts are just a few minutes walk from pavilion and Lodge. Four miles of clearly marked hiking trails await those seeking adventure or the casual walker seeking the peace and serene quiet of our 95 acres of wooded beauty.
